FAQ
We have compiled the common questions received about our Amusement Vending Services here for your review.
Please contact us with any specific question you may have.

Q: Why implement amusement vending at my business?
Q: What type of equipment should I have?
Q: How much money will my business earn from amusement vending?
PLEASE NOTE: Coin-Op Direct does not engage in the practice of Placement Fees (also known as Slotting Fees).
*Location is required to provide electricity for machines.

Q: What about machine malfunctions and customer refunds?
Q: Can I request specific machines?
Q: I have a Charity Bulk Vending machine from another vendor at my location, will this affect our business from starting amusement vending services?
A: Generally, no. If the charity machine is going to be located next to our equipment and / or within access to the locations customer traffic, we only request that the charity sponsored bulk vending machine be limited to 2 vending heads and contain only candy products. We also request that the charity sponsored vendor contacts us to discuss the products so that we can avoid duplicating offerings. Otherwise we will request the machines be removed prior to Coin-Op Direct placing our equipment including our own charity sponsored bulk vending machines.

If the charity machine is located within breakrooms or otherwise limited to location employee use only, we have no objections at all.

Please understand how Charity Sponsored Vending Machines work. Charities that have a vending sponsorship program receive a set fee per month, per machine from vending operators and the location agrees to place the machine with no commission. We firmly believe in giving back to the community and we support Charitable causes.

Please Note: It is unlawful for a Vendor to claim that they are raising funds or imply that the Charity receives proceeds from the machines sales. Only companies registered with the State or Commonwealth as licensed fund raising companies may do so and they have to provide accounting to the authorities documenting the transactions.
