We offer repair service for Rainbow Crane Logic Boards (New Gen) and MAX II Kiddie Ride Timers on a limited basis.

Addtionaly, we sell off pre-owned equipment both from our inventory and equipment on consignment from other vending operators.

3) We offer a straight up, no nonsense commission plan. Our commission rates are based on machine type, product costs and associated licensing fees and operating costs. In fact we post these rates for all to see (including our competitors) on our brochure.

Beware of our competitors who promise higher commissions! The only way they can offer rates higher than Coin-Op Direct is to sacrifice product quality, operate old equipment, reduce service levels and increase the difficulty of winning prizes (often no prizes are won).

4) Great service! In the event of a malfunction with one of our Amusement Vending Machines, locations can request service by using our on line Service Call reporting tool or call in on our Service Line. We guarantee to respond within 24-48 hours!

5) Fast payment of commissions! We pay when we collect, in cash, directly on site. There is no waiting to receive a check 30-45 days after the collection with Coin-Op Direct!

6) Payment based on actual cash collected. There has been a trend in the industry to record collections based on game meters. This practice often cheats locations out of incremental commissions as the meters do not capture cash from coin jams or defective game meters.

7) No cherry picking! When we partner with a business owner to provide our Amusement Vending Service, we agree to place equipment at all of the owners locations regardless of individual location sales volume.

8) We stock replacement parts for all of the equipment we operate. This greatly reduces machine down time ensuring higher revenue.

9) All of our candy product is made in the USA or Canada. Coin-Op Direct does not knowingly puchase candy product made in China.

10) We offer extended service hours for locations with odd hours of operation.
